Paycity

I paid R600 and something on the 25th of October to renew my licence disc, I used paycity last year and the were no issues at all this year I received an email saying I must pay additional costs and no one is giving me feedback. Why am I supposed to pay additional Costs if I already paid I was thinking everything was included in the amount I paid already.
