Pay City Issuing Incorrect fines
Can PayCity Respect me. I received a notification of a traffic offence however I wasn't even anywhere near the place where I allegedly committed the offence.
payCity does not issue fines, these are issued by the traffic authorities. If you have received a fine that you believe is in error you can lodge a representation with the traffic authority that issued the fine.
