PAY CITY FINES

After having 5 fines paid in full using paycity/fines sa (Both seem to be the same service) I am not recieving email notification of unpaid fines. I have proof of paying these and still have 5 fines should payment is needed on there site. This is now 3 months after making payment. The one fine seems to have not been paid even though i asked them to make sure every single fine was paid.

Wont be using these services again as they seem to be pocketing the money and not paying the fines. I will be taking this up with the traffic department as this looks very suspect as on there site all 5 fines are still showing as unpaid.
