Pay city don't want to refund me
I app**** for a license disk and made payment. They declined my application and promised me a refund within 5-7 days. I requested the refund on the 6th of December. It's the 30th of December and I haven't received my funds as yet. This is not on looks like I'm not going to get my money from them.
