PAY CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really concerned that people are using pay city to pay for their licence disks. I queried the fact that the charge is too high, and was told that this was the information received from the licence department. In the end I was overcharged by R1,253 on three licence disks. I have now been waiting for more that a month for a refund of this overpayment. I am promised that the payment has been made when it has not, and I am promised that the team leader, and then the manager will contact me, but neither Dominique Nicolson or Clint Brink ever return my calls. You cannot get hold of any management, and promises are always made that they will get back to you - this never happens.
