Pathetic Service
I emailed and said the traffic infringement was not by me, they said I need to call Matlosana Minucipality. I did that and the lady said no fines on my ID number. I told Paycity to remove me from their database and I got a new notice. I did and do not give them permission according to POPI.

We apologize for the frustration experienced in this matter. Please do be advised that payCity does not load the fines onto people's ID numbers, The Traffic Department does that and we then in turn reflect these fines the Traffic Department links to your name.
