No License Disk and Still no Refund

I have submitted a license Disk renewal at Pay City thinking it will save me some time and be convenient . Payment was made their system is not updating as it says user feedback required. I phone numerous times to find out as to what is required on myside and they said they waiting for another department to clarify, 9 days lapsed and still no feedback I requested a refund. Till today no proper feedback given and no refund. I am really disgusted at their service, Please avoid doing license renewals with them.
