No communication! Unreliable service!
Do not use this company! I was recommended by a friend to use Paycity to renew my license disc.... I am 7 days away from the 28 day grace period and yet have received no update on the receipt thereof. There is no communication from Paycity, I have to call if I want any feedback. On the first follow up I was informed that a roadworthy will be needed. Further to this, I have sent my roadworthy certificate 3 times already, nobody has come back to me with any feedback and nobody is following up on my ticket.
When I get fined, I feel that Paycity should be held liable!

We work and cannot afford to sit calling Paycity all day every day. Service needs big improvement, it is like drawing blood out of a stone...
