No Communication

I am a first time users to their license renewal system. Although in principle the idea is great. They lack the commitment and know how to make this process simple. The idea is to take away the stress of dealing with the licence dept. They have failed terribly and created just as much stress for me. The worst is they take your money and then you don't hear from them. I have tried now in vain to contact them with regards to two vehicles I registered with them and a refund on a third. I renewed 8 license discs with them and their communication is shocking. They just don't respond to you. It would have been easier standing in line at the license dept. So now they have my money, they don't answer emails, their telephonic services are of no help either. Just warning anybody else considering using their services, do not do it. Rather stand in line.
