Never use Paycity, they try to claim fines twice and keep your discount

Do not ever use this site. They don't pass on the early pay discount and they charge a transaction fee and they don't pay over your money quickly. but worst of all they resend you the fines you have already paid 6 months or so later. I actually was told by their customer service that the fine has been closed and the next day I got a second threatening SMS telling me to pay it again. Out of curiosity I clicked on the payment link and went all the way to the payment final stage and was allowed to pay the fine again, the day after they had confirmed that the fine was closed.
