NEVER USE PAYCITY EVER!!!!!

This is the WORST service I have ever experienced! I have never experienced such *********** and inconsistent people at a help desk before. From the manager straight to social media each one seems to follow their own process and timelines. You get told 100 different stories when you phone and emails does not get responded to AT ALL. It is now 5 weeks since I app**** to renew my vehicle license. I have written e-mails phoned almost every day for feedback and requested escalations upon escalations yet no disk and no respond other than "we will phone you back" I have complained on their facebook page as well, the same story to follow - "we will call you back". This is ridiculous.... I will not recommend paycity to ANYONE!
