Never-ending Wait for Licence Disc Renewal
It's been over 2 and a half months since I initiated a vehicle licence renewal with PayCity. I've lost count of all the phone calls and emails! There have been many roadblocks and even more excuses, and I'm STILL waiting for my licence disc. I had a quick look at other reviews and it seems like I'm not the only one having issues with PayCity's vehicle licence renewal service. I don't like to complain, but I really need my licence disc! HELP!!
