Most pathetic service! Do NoT recommend!!

I would not recommend using paycity at all, the worst service I have ever experienced I have been waiting more than a month for my car disc. First they could not find a signature on a document for two weeks and I had to circle it for them they requested more documents and handed in my paperwork late and now I have to pay late fees due to their negligence.

Super great getting a response on this platform, problem is I had to pay extra for late fees when it was totally due to your negligence. Not to mention when I sent numerous emails regarding my concerns. I got a ****py response.
