Making life easy

I got a speeding fine three weeks ago. A week after the incident I attempted to pay the fine at ABSA and at the Post Office but was unsuccessful because they said my details of the infringement have not been captured yet. That same evening I went on the Paycity website where the fine was clearly visible. How is it possible that ABSA and the Post Office did not have the same information as Paycity? I would like to thank Paycity for making it easy to pay when bigger companies cannot help you.
