License renewal not worth the stress with this service

I should've read the recent reviews! It was a battle to get my vehicle license renewal delivered to me. Very poor communication from Pay City. Very poor communication and tracking by their courier company (Fast & Furious) that they they use. Courier claimed they couldn't deliver as I was not at home. But I was - all day! Then silence. After extensive pressure from me on Twitter and via the Pay City social media platforms, finally a response. And then silence. Finally delivery. It's just not worth stress. After more than three days of frustration, It's better going to get the disc yourself. Just be warned.
