License Disk Wait.

I heard about Paycity from a friend ,when I told him I needed to renew my license, he said they were fast and that I would receive my disc within 3 days,so I downloaded the App,and made payments same day,which was on the 29th of Dec,I've been waiting for the disc till today,I've had no communication with them since then nothing,the only thing they sent me on email was my payment receipt, I'm still waiting for them to deliver the disc,hopefully it will be sometime soon, because I can't even drive my car now,and I need to be back at work by Wednesday.
