License disk renewal nightmare
Trying to renew car license disk via the paycity website for the first time.<br> <br> Timeline of events to date: <br> 27 Oct - Log onto website and try to request license disk renewal. Keep getting error \Error : The byte array is not a recognized imageformat"<br> 09 Nov - Give up and send support request for help.<br> 10 Nov - Get response from Beulah Moeketsi that I should not use the online tool to upload documents"
