License disk renewal flop

I paid for my license disc to be renewed via the paycity app on the 6th of December. My disk expired on the 31st of November there was docs needed I sent all docs after they informed me on the 14 I need to upload the docs again. I to date have not received my disk I've been told the licensing dept is closed now when I called I will have to wait till the 8th. This ridiculous and the staff is saying when you call there is such a backlog. I will now pay penalties because my grace period has come and gone. *** man how do you celebrate the holidays when you can't drive your vehicle with an expired license disk. I will get a fine if the traffic get hols of me on the road. Paycity sucks and I won't recommend it neither will I be doing anything through them again.
