License disk renewal
I requested the services of this company on the 9th of December as a convenient way of renewing my license we are now almost a month later and no clue as to to when the process will be completed or when I will receive the disk,a person pays extra for convenience and hope for a efficient fast turn around time but honestly the service is pathetic and I am a very unhappy customer.

We apologize for the frustration experienced. Kindly be advised that the application is still processing, Due to the ID document that was still needed it slowed down the renewal process. The application was submitted for processing thereafter.
