License disc renewal-Poor Service

I have submitted my application for a license disc renewal to paycity and after a week I was asked pay an outstanding find and submit request for a reprint which I did immediately. It is now a week since I have requested for a reprint there is no communication in spite of no of emails. I am forced to call the call center and they have no clue on what is happening except to say it is in progress. Very poor service from paycity.
