License disc renewal
Whoever is in charge of the license disc renewal department is outright *********** another week and I do not have my license disc. App**** for my license disc on the 20th of December 2022 and to date I've not received it. Why do we even pay convenience fee if we are inconvenienced like this?

16 Jan 2023, 19:31When I thought I'm going to receive my license disc boom! An email that I've got outstanding fees. How? Because I paid on the 29th of December and I've got proof of payment which shows the breakdown of the amounts. Paycity is a pain honestly!
