License disc renewal

Paycity is the worst! I renewed my license disc with them before my license even expired, which was before the 30th of September. They told that I had to change my number plate because my car was registered in MP. After sending all the required documents to do so, they then told me that they couldn't print my license disc because I need to a roadworthy test, which I then did. The person who was assisting me out even stopped replying to my emails. I have been going back and forth with the customer service on mail and all they do is keep on giving me tickets numbers. I even complained on twitter and they said someone will call me which they didn't, but instead they gave me another ticket number. I had paid over R1200 and I still don't have my license disc. It's so crazy that we pay for convenience and all we are getting is headaches. The customer service is so bad. I am never using this app because wow, this is so unacceptable.
