Licence renewal overcharge
Was quoted and paid full amount for licence renewal - R1680 excl R99 renewal fee. Received renewed licence and saw that actual fee is only R1412 excl renewal fee of R99. Two e-mails later and NO response from them. This is just plain theft!!! Ticket ID: #66369
