Is PayCity a **** or do they just lack proper work/customer ethic
The above matter refers and more in particular telephone call I made on even date to their offices regarding the license disc I have paid for on August 26 for them to renew on my behalf.
The consultant I spoke to advised that your system says "in progress " however the turnaround time is 5-7 days which has come and gone.
Kindly again advise me if there is an issue with the process and whether or not I will be receiving my disc. Alternatively I asked that they advise me on their refund policy.
I have been sending them emails but they are not responding
