Incompetence and delays

If I could give a zero rating I would. My license renewal has been met with delay after delay after delay. Ashleigh Jacobs is utterly unresponsive and doesn't read information sent to her. They kept coming back saying my license expired in 2020, despite a photo being sent multiple times that this is not the case. As a result of this my license renewal is now late, and now I must pay the late penalty fee. I started the process with them at the beginning of Feb (before my license expired). It is now end of May and I still don't have my license!! Additional charges have now been added AGAIN! Do NOT use them to renew your license.
