If I could give no stars, I would. I have been waiting for weeks for my licence disk and am NOWHERE with this company. I have settled my fines, settled an enforcement order, spoken on the phone with both AARTO and Natis and been assured all around that there is NOTHING OUTSTANDING AND NOTHING PREVENTING ME FROM RECEIVING MY NEW DISK. Nothing except paycity.co.za that is! Yes, an agent from AARTO actually warned me that paycity has a reputation for withholding licence disks from people in order to ****** more money from them in admin fees. Either that, or paycity's systems are so very inferior that they cannot see updates when they happen. Either way, this makes them look very very dishonest and very ************* and I would advise anyone who will listen to never use this service. You'd get your licence disk faster standing in a queue at Home Affairs – and they don't even issue licence disks. Furious.
