I don't recommend PayCity at all

Complaint 1. PayCity is the worst online App that I've ever used, I've been battling for months to get my license disc and everytime I ask they say "Processing" they are busy with it. They take FOREVER and their communication skills are NON-EXISTENT, I have to pay late fees continuously as they are taking their time. I had to pay penalties fees more than 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my disc. Complaint 2. Renewed a license disc that expired a year ago, paid in full, late penalties, delivery ext... No feedback for about 2 weeks, questioned them and was then told they aren't able to renew a disc that expired over 12 months ago, only telling me this 2 weeks after I've paid. I then had to submit a refund which took a week and a half before it was done. After this incident they update their website and said they don't renew license disc's which expired more than 12 months ago. Complaint 3. I ordered my sister's disc BEFORE the 21 days grace period was over and a week later I questioned them and they said I have to pay "late fees" before I can get the licence disc, then waited another week before getting the disc. I had to nag and send them emails everyday as they don't update a person. This service is ridiculous. I went to the drive through in Kempton Park to Renew the vehicle that expired a year ago, paid in full, no questions asked and it took about 10 minutes. Oh and by the way I am still waiting for license disc stated in complaint (1). Ashleigh Jacobs is the only person who is willing to help and actually gets back to a person. If it wasn't for her I would never have gotten my sister's license disc. Thank you Ashleigh Jacobs for your assistance.
