Horrible service

I wish I could give a negative number review. I paid for a disc renewal and it’s been Months and they refuse to release it claiming there’s a vehicle under my name with unpaid fines and it’s completely false which I keep telling them. I asked for a refund but no response I’m so frustrated with them! Terrible service
