Frustration with PayCity's Handling of Car License Disk Renewal
Our experience with PayCity has left us utterly digusted. Despite completing our car license disk renewal online, they are withholding it, citing outstanding fines. However, both AARTO and Natis have confirmed that there are no impediments to issuing the disk. AARTO even suggested that PayCity is solely interested in collecting money and should release the disk promptly.
