Fine added on the wrong profile
They allocated the wrong ticket under my name and I do not know the vehicle. I tried to call them but no one picks up. Please assist.

We do apologize for the frustration experienced in this matter. If fines were loaded against your ID number, then you will need to dispute that with the issuing Traffic Department. payCity only administers the viewing and paying of fines.
