False advertising
This online service requires people to buy a premium subscription to be able to renew car licenses online. Once you pay the subscription and request the service, they say the service is currently not available and they cannot confirm when it will be available - do not fall for this ****

My apologies for the delayed response. The premium service has no impact on the actual renewal of the licence disk and this service is for reminders that your vehicle licence is expiring as well as some other notifications.
