Extremely poor service from PAYCITY, beware.
How useless are these guys. You pay for a fine, and they do not notify the EMPD that the fine has been paid. I keep on getting emails regarding fine, and then enquire as to what is going on, get a response back that I should send a receipt to EMPD. So what the hell is the point of using paycity to pay a fine. Getting **********. Why am I surprised. I attached the receipt to my email to paycity by the way.

31 Oct 2022, 17:49I must unreservedly apologize for my recent post, due to a mistake on my part. I payed the fine through another service provider. Not enough due diligence on my part. I would also like to commend the the person who contacted me, she was amazing. Great service indeed, and would recommend Paycity service to anyone requiring to pay a fine. Again, my apologies and thank you for the manner in which the situation was handled.
