Dysfunctional liense disk renewal system

I used paycity.co.za for the first time to renew my license disks for 2 vehicles. First i had to correct my email address where their notifications would be sent to. This can for some strange reason not be updated on their website. The email reply from the callcentre promised that they would make the change but this never happened so now all correspondence from them are being sent to an invalid email address which prevents us from communicating.

The first vehicle license disk renewal was not processed because from their website it is indicated that they have not received the payment I made. I sent them the details of the payment by email in the hope that they will somehow find it on their bank statement as their payment gateway dont seem to be working every time.

The second vehicle license disk application was not processed either because according to their website they were waiting for me to supply information. When one opens the document on their website that is supposed to provide details of what information is required one merely finds a generic letter stating that the application will take 3 days to process. No details about information required. As a result we have not received this license disk either after the 3 days.

What a shambles. Standing in the queue at the post office is starting to look attractive again , and its cheaper.

Reviewer Update
Over the past month the "managment team" has been unable to resolve this issue. I have not received my disks nor the refund I requested. I have to presume the over R4000 I paid have now been ****** by Paycity.
