DON'T USE PAYCITY TO RENEW YOUR LICENCE DISC

It's now almost one month still waiting for my licence disc. They told me that last week l would get my disc but up to now nothing. The only thing lm getting is emails saying the renewal of the disc is in process. How can a company called syntell which is working under paycity treat its clients like this. This paycity is a **** and their agents don't help at all. I can't drive my vehicle now lm using public transport. The last option is to take a legal route which they will pay all the legal costs.
