Do Not Do Your License Renewal through PayCity

Logged in and paid for new disk 30 November - today the 9th November. No one knows when I will get the disk, no supervision around, call Allison at Q-no more - no answer. Its in progress is all anyone knows. Was Told traffic dept closed last week. This week its a different story from a different person...who say maybe another 14 Days !!!<br> I need to travel cross border...and Now?? These people give a rats once they have your money...and then all you will get when you mail an enquiry is an automated response about how they strive to better customer service...same one all the time...Pathetic !.Cant call any supervisor as it just rings..Give me my money back and I will stand in the queues.
