Disk Renewal Delay: 3 Weeks

This is such a disappointment and I am going to suffer for it. Paid on the 03/08, now it's the 24/08.. 3-5 business days they said.. Worst first experience ever. Traffic cops do not care, at all!!

My ticket number: 561302 (emailed on the 20/08) Called today, was told this will be escalated .. Can something be done about this, also inform traffic department my disk was renewed, I keep getting smses about my disk not being renewed. Poor service shame. To make it worse I have to do follow ups for feedback.
