Danealle saved the day!

Paycity changed from fast way couriers to DPD and I have to admit it was the worst mistake you could have made. They're terrible. I hadn't received any updates from DPD and even though Danealle could have left it at "it's with the couriers now" she took initiative and contacted them (which I had been unable to do) and got my parcel delivered.

She deserves a raise and a free day off!
