****** and ********* company

This company is bad they a ******. They renewed my license disc and never send it. The reason is below on the email they send me. I will never use then again. Also I have notified my lawyers. It's been a month now struggling with them. How can my other vehicles un renewed block the one I have paid for?

Good Day Lyton Mandemwa , We received your vehicle license back from the licensing department, and the license has been renewed but the disc was not printed due to other unlicensed vehicles. We have submitted a request as to what vehicles are blocking your renewal and have received the following details for the vehicle license that is outstanding:

Vehicle registration number of unlicensed vehicles - FLG862L and FLR933L Once the above vehicle licenses have been renewed, we can submit a reprint request in order to get the disc printed from your first application. Alternatively, if you would like to renew the other vehicle disc yourself and request the reprint while doing so, we can dispatch the license document that we have processed to you.
