Car license renewal - do not use this company

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for car license renewals. I attempted to renew my car license through this company, they delivered a car license that was not mine, but someone else’s. Many attempts to call and get resolution on this over multiple days has yet to yield any action, and they don’t take accountability. They say the issue lies with a department that has no contact number.

I’ve therefore wasted the entire cost spent to renew the license, and will have to repay the whole amount in person and do it myself at the license department. It may as well be a government run company at this rate.
