Car License Renewal

Application No: LDRv3-*** On the 14 December 2023, I app**** for a car license renewal on the paycity website. it's more than a month, I am still waiting for the car license, and I am worried now because my car's license has expired. Driving a car that do not have a valid license exposes me to traffic fines. I am not sure if any insurance company will pay for claim of a car that do not have a valid license. On the 10 January 2024 I received a request from paycity for additional information that was not requested on their first request. Could you please assist with a refund I will be able to get my license within a day. I used FNB license renewal service and it took less than two days to receive my license. Why is your process taking longer?
