Bad bad bad poor poor don't use paycity to renew your license

app**** to renew licenses for my vehicle on 3 January 2023. On the 4 January I received an email stating that it was submitted to the licensing department and it will take 3 days to process. Up until today still no licence! Made phone calls to the call centre no answer. Sent emails and was told my licence will take 10 - 15.I regret not checking reviews before using these people.
