Appalling service

Hello Everyone, There is something critically wrong at Paycity.co.za since August. It is actually ridiculous at this stage. The worst part about it, is that there is absolutely no communication.

If there is an error or issue, please notify customers and refund them.

I app**** through paycity.co.za to renew my vehicle license disc on 8 August, It is now 18 SEPTEMBER and I have still not received my disc, which should have been delivered within 3 - 5 Days under normal circumstances and 12 days if there are unexpected issues. It is now over 40 days since and still no disc. My vehicle license is now expired.

Pay City May I ask that you please refund us in Full immediately.

I have called your call centres, sent emails, spoke to several agents and nobody knows what is going on and all they say is that it has been submitted to the license department and is “In progress”.

Save yourself the grief. Use Natis or just go to the licensing department and do it yourself, rather than using this appalling service.
