Additional fees after confirmed complete transaction.

I am deeply disappointed with the run around I am receiving regarding my license disk renewal. I paid the fees. Then got a confirmation mail to say that the disk has been renewed and next time I get a message will be from courier to delivery. I get an email now saying there is additional fees of R1022. This is unbelievable and unreasonable and honestly feels like a *******. If this is the case I want a refund and i will go stand in a line and renew myself. I did this for convenience but this entire exercise is proving to be completely inconvenient and *******.. I want a call from management please.
