Actually a good company if you DON'T want to renew your vehicle license

First time using them. Paid the amount to renew my car license in July. Literally a couple of days ago get told that they cannot renew my license as I have to do it myself (probably because they only started with the renewal after my disc expired?). Crazy. Long story short, I've requested a refund and their website claims it has been refunded. Haven't seen it reflecting in my bank account yet, however, since their company strive to maintain a pace akin to that of a tortoise, I might get it back as a Christmas gift in December. Keep it up, you might just go deeper than rock bottom with the service. 💪💪💪
