Abomination

This company is somehow running a legal ****. I app**** for renewal of my license disc, which was late so it would have cost me R402 in total if I had gone to the traffic department. They charged me R516 for the disc and R288.60 for the late fee. I knew this was a lot but was unable to leave my bed at the time from a neurological disorder, so I wrote it off to courier feeds. Then I get another unexplained invoice for R176.75 which they refused to answer my queries as to what it was for. I eventually paid. Then I get another invoice for R81.40. Again wouldn’t answer my query as to why. And I eventually paid it only to be told my disc still won’t be released as I have paid too late and need to pay another R81.40. So they are making up their own ******* fines and holding my disc ransom. This is simply an abomination. If this was Europe this company would not get away with such outrageous behaviour.
