5 Stars - Not for the app, but for Dominique

Thanks to Dominique. The ONLY consultant who understood my query, told me he would investigate and then actually did call me back. Unlike all the previous empty promises. I’ll never use the app again but now my issue is finally resolved (I’ve been fighting since November) Dominique Nicholson - thank you for actually helping me as my frustration levels were real.
