3 months later and I am still trying to get my licence disk delivered

I app**** for the renewal of a vehicle license. Three months later and I am still trying to get the disk delivered to me. Everytime I phone I get the same answer, we will escalate the matter. The disk already expired two months ago, if we get stopped by the police we will have to pay a fine not paycity. I app**** for renewal for two other vehicles with another company and I got the disks within 2 days. I am very disappointed and frustrated with paycity.co.za.
