3 Months and No Renewed Vehicle License

I had read that in order to save time, i could use the Mycity portal to renew my car licenses. I registered all our vehicles and those of our sons. Firstly the web site doesn't work properly, it requires various bits of paperwork to be uploaded and when you do this the entire process bombs. I must have tried 4x and eventually logged a technical complaint to be told not to add all the documents the site requires as there is size limit to the files. I then app**** again, uploaded ALV forms and IDs, (on three separate occasions) and got a message to pay for my licenses plus an additional R200 PER LICENSE. I dutifully paid the fee's on the 3 separate occasions and then the waiting period started. 2.5 Months later one license was delivered. Bear in mind that I was using this service as and online service is supposed to be faster than standing in a queue, how wrong i was. I then started to write emails querying the other licenses. I was told there was another vehicle in our name which had a missing license, i followed the same process as above, and still no licenses. 3 of our vehicles licenses have now expired. Don't use this service, its just awful. Stand in the queue rather.
