Pay By Mobile are using deceptive tactics to trick subscribers into subscribing to these services without your knowledge or consent, such as hiding the subscription details from the Vodacom USSD *135*997# once one wants to unsubscribe. We urge you to be cautious when interacting with "Pay By Mobile" Ads and Apps or any other third-party service provider. Make sure you check your balance and contact Vodacom call center at 082135 immediately if your account is daily debited by R 7 or any other amount, and be aware of any charges that may apply. If you receive any unsolicited messages or calls asking you to subscribe to a service, do not provide any personal information or confirm any subscription details without verifying the source. If you notice any unauthorized charges on your mobile bill, contact Vodacom call center (082 135) immediately to report the issue and request a refund. This looks like there are insiders at Vodacom VAS business unit that are colliding with VAS provider to hide their services from the main Vodacom USSD *135*997# in case you want to unsubscribe.
