THEY WON'T REVERSE MY MONEY BACK
My bank transferred an amount of R3000 to Pay Plan Solution which was my stop order.<br> <br> They were my debt review in April but I decided to move to Mamela ConsultingI didn't give them my banking details but yet already taken a stop order form to my bank. So I thought since they don't have my banking details they won't have access to my account so I didn't see any point for me to go to the bank and cancel it. To come to my surprise the bank transferred the money to them yesterday.<br> <br> I've been calling them since 30th June 2015 to reverse my money but they say it's not reflecting on their account yet and I have send them my bank statement as the proof that the money was transferred to them. What makes me sick about them they don't reply to my emails they told me that the manager will get back to me but till now.<br>
Client requested refund on the 30 June 2015 we however needed a stamped bank statement. client sent the stamped bank statement on the 01 July 2015 we sent our PDA the refund request the same day. PDA response was sent to the client on the 02 July 2015.
